It's worth fertilizing because each round gives you something like an extra 25% yield. I use a solid fertilizer spreader because it's fast (24m wide) and easy to do myself. I'm not sure what workers charge, but it's probably still profitable. Worth it if you own your equipment, and can use stuff bigger than what they'll lend you. Especially for harvesting, since you can just harvest their field completely and store it in your silo before giving the bare minimum to their contract. The spinnery only makes 1440 total a day so you need 6 Spinneries minimum. 8640/130 max wool per day = 67 good sheep rounding up since their is no 0.4 sheep. For the cost of that.
