Hi all ;) i would like to fit a new boost gauge on my 2002 mondeo estate ghia 2.0 tdci but a bit unsure wich pipe to tap in to ive fitted them in the past but to be honest im not up to Ford Mondeo 2.0 Diesel 2005 55000 miles - Glow Plug Light Flashing/Engine Cutting out - daveyjp : But it could also be a blocked EGR valve which costs about £150 and some cleaner for the intake manifold. Doing an average of about 38-40 on these colder mornings. It's needing injectors soon too so all my figures are lower than I got previously. ive had nearly 60mpg on a good motorway run before. Around town it guzzles diesel though. all pipes fail eventually dependant on luck. Item 3 is a plastic pipe that bolts onto the underside of the car. The pipe from the egr vale connects onto item 3 from one side and then another hose connects on the other side of item 3 and goes to the intercooler.
