🤿 Far Cry 3 Voice Not Working

No Voicelines in Far Cry 3. I just got Far Cry 3 off of the Steam Store, but when I try playing I hear no Voicelines after the video in the beggining of the dudes parachuting and stuff, I can't hear anyone, such as Vaas, The Guard at the beginning, etc. I have tried to turn off Surround Sound 7.1 and some other thing where I created a shortcut Hello i bought far cry 3 ,and it won't start via steam,when i open the game via steam it only open farcry 3 window and doing nothing,btw i can start the game but only directly and than steam does not reconize the game and i can't use steam in game or anybody else can see that i'm playing farcry 3.
